First <a href=\"http:\/\/rawtop.com\/sex\/2009-07\/michael-musto-the-ny-eagle\">I saw Michael at the Eagle<\/a> a couple weeks ago (he even <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.villagevoice.com\/dailymusto\/archives\/2009\/07\/my_racy_trip_to.php\" target=\"_blank\">blogged about my blog post<\/a>), then today my bf and I sit down for lunch on Pearl Street (near Wall St.) &#8211; the place is almost empty and what few people are around are straight people. But who sits down on the public benches a few feet away? Michael Musto&#8230; Go figure. I gotta say the rental prices for what we want are a little depressing. We just want to rent for a year before we buy something else, but it just bothers me to spend that much on housing! So many places are $3,500+ for a 2 bedroom &#8211; and that&#8217;s with 2 free months calculated in &#8211; so they&#8217;re closer to $4,000\/month when all is said and done.
