We all have a choice to use condoms or not, and let it be, he`s 19, an adult old enough to make his own mind up over such events, as the old saying goes `you can take a horse to water, but you can`t make it drink` i have my opinions on the matter too, but lets not forget its his/their choice, are you of the old school?…

My partner of 5 years last november was diagnosed with AIDS, and now , with treatment, he has HIV, not sure how this works?…do some updating of your blinkered view

So i see this from both sides,
Bob have you ever thought about guys his age not fully understanding what they are getting themsevles into. Hell there are guys who are older than him who still not fully understand the consquences. Some do and are willing to accept what may come while others live to regret it. True, people may not be dying from HIV as much as they used to but living with it is no picnic either.
But ultimatley THEY have the choice,not me, not you, or anyone,
Yes i have wondered how many young people are not fully understanding, but am not sure how many with the web, posters , charites, TV,and all the other media that would be left out of finding out how to or not have safe sex
give people a little more credit,these people can vote, got to war, marry, all the other things that come with adulthood, but they dont know about condoms, and AID`s and unprotected sex
the trouble is, i might or might not agree to condoms, but i would never force my opinion onto anyone, thats being a bully!
