I’ve been trying to get a forum off the ground for a long time now (almost 2 years), but never could figure out the technology. You guys have been great commenting on this blog, but I wanted to give you guys the ability to start your own topics for discussion. Forums are different from blogs in that on a blog one person sorta controls it. For example on this blog I post something and you comment on it. A forum is more open – anyone can start a topic and then other people join in. It’s more interactive and more about the “community”.

So today I’m launching a forum site – “BreedingZone.com“… Check it out, register, and post some stuff. If you came to the site through the old stories section you may have been redirected to a prototype forum I had up. If you registered there, then you’re already registered.

It’s organized into a few sections…

• General Discussion – This is where you post stuff that doesn’t belong anywhere else. You can talk about anything – sex, politics, religion – keep it polite though!
• HIV Fetish (Gift Giving / Bug Chasing) – I know some of you get off on toxic loads, but not all of you do, so the discussion of bug chasing and gift giving has been given it’s own forum. You must be logged in to view this forum.
• Bareback Bloggers – I’ve automated things so you can read most of the bareback bloggers all in one place.
• Fiction – One of the first thing I put on this site was a stories section. Everything that was in my old stories section is now in the fiction section on Breeding Zone. I’ve separated things so stories about bug chasing and gift giving are in their own section apart from the more general bareback stories.
• Bareback Porn – This is an automated forum. You can’t post any new stuff, but you can comment on what you see. It shows a lot of stuff from a variety of bareback membership sites.
• Regional Hookup Forums – The hookup section is not a replacement for sites like BarebackRT, instead think of it as more like Craigslist where you post ads – so it’s less immediate. Could be something general or it could be for a gangbang, etc.

It also has a blogs section for those of you who want to try your hand at blogging. It’s sorta a community blog. As people start to post blogs I’ll give it more prominence. I tried doing a “BB Buds” blog on this site a while back, but that never really took off. I’ll be contacting guys who contributed to the buds blog and have them move their stuff over and then that’ll get shut down in the near future.
