My being so busy at the end of last year sorta put me off my game… I got out of the habit of fucking and just haven’t felt the urge to get back into it… It really is a habit with me, I know it sounds weird, but looking back I can go for months without much fucking – I just get out of the habit and don’t miss it for a while…

So now we’re in a bit of a frantic scenario where we need to get them done quickly. Things like sending all the doors out to be stripped and replacing all the hardware on the doors have been reduced to hand stripping the worst doors to a point that they’re “adequate” and then just painting everything and forgetting about the hardware… Still, there’s a lot to do…

It’s a long story, but the end result might involve a move to Brooklyn. The type of place we want we can’t quite afford in Manhattan, but we can in Brooklyn. But we’re thinking of just selling and renting for a while until the market looks like it’s bottomed and then buying at that point when prices are low. Maybe then we can afford what we want in Manhattan…
